Pure Crimson News!!!

12/30/02- Here is the last news flash for 2002. This year sure has gone by quickly, hasn't it? Alot has happened this year in the world of Pure Crimson. We recorded our first album, got a second guitarist, lost our second guitarist, got a new bassist, lost our new bassist, got a newer bassist, kept that bassist, lost a keyboardist, that keyboardist came back.....wow. Maybe 2003 will give us a little bit of time to breathe!

This has been a really rough year for us--- both as a band and as individuals. God has been faithful to us though...he always is. Just when we feel like quitting and moving on, He shows us that we are exactly where we should be.

As we enter this new year, be sure to keep Pure Crimson in your prayers. And if any of you guys need prayer, please e-mail us, and we will be sure to pray for you, too. God bless!

10/21/02- Time for a new update! Pure Crimson has yet another new bassist. Her name is Candy, and she is awesome!

Pure Crimson will hopefully have a new album out by the end of next year, so stay tuned for news about that.

Finally, we just want to thank all of our fans and supporters. We love hearing from you guys, whether it's at our shows, through the guestbook, or by e-mailing us. Keep it up, and we will see you again soon!

1/08/02- Well, guys, long time, no see! Sorry about the delay between web page updates! The company that hosts our site and I were having some, uh, communication problems, so it took me awhile to figure out that they weren't going to let me upload the updates the way that I always have in the past! But, thanks to my brother, I figured it out, and so we are good to go!

Alright, now for the news! The biggest thing that we have to tell you guys about is our CD! We are in the process of recording it right now, and are hoping to have the final product out some time in February or so. Keep checking back here for updates.

11/05/01- Things are going great in the life of Pure Crimson. We love our new bassist, he loves us(or, at least, he'd better!).

Jen is one year older (19) now.

9/5/01-Hi everyone! I don't really want to start out this update with the phrase "Man, it's been awhile since I've updated this page," but, as you all know, it's true! Sorry about that. I'm sure you guys understand, with work and school and all. But this is a worthy news flash. Want to hear our news?

OK. Pure Crimson has been asked to be the worship band for a new church that is starting up called South Valley Baptist Fellowship. We meet at the Veterans Memorial Elementary School off of Vassar in Reno at 10AM on Sundays. If you want to come join us, e-mail us for directions and we will tell ya how to get there!

Other news: we have 2 shows, on on the 8th and one on the 11th. Go to the shows page for more info.

7/19/01- God is good, all the time, man. Exciting things have been happening to Pure Crimson lately. We may have found someone to record our demo at a very very resonable rate, we have two gigs in one week (wow!), and we have 4 new songs! You guys definitely have to try to make one of our shows, either on the 24th or the 28th. We will see you there!!

6/10/01- Man, it's been awhile since I've given you some updates! Sorry about that. I've been really busy lately. I just got back from a family vacation to Yellowstone National Park-- it was so much fun! We saw all kinds of neat stuff.... bears and elks and bison and geysers.... God sure did a good job when He created this world!

Well, I'm working on setting up some California gigs for the band. And then we are working on some shows and festivals in the Reno/Sparks area. Check back often, as we should have at least 3 shows in the near future.

I hope everyone is having a grrrreat summer! Thanks to everyone that was at our last gig (May 26). It was a blast!

5/19/01- School's out for summer!! (at least for me [Jen]) Time to look for a part time job to occupy all my new free time!

I updated the page today...we finally have Adam's bio up! I found a really cool java script online, and if Ican get it to work, I will use it on the page, which will make it much easier to navigate!

We have a gig next Sat. (the 26th). Be there, and be sure to stop by and say hi to all of us!

4/14/01- The gig went great, thanks to everyone that came!

Yeah, so the bios and contact information aren't up yet...I'm sorry! I did fix some other problems the site was having though, including finding a new Guestbook and adding a Chat Room.

I am still working on Adam and Matt's bios and contact information. I haven't forgotten, really! Those 4 tests this week really threw me off schedule. But I should have them up by next week or the week after.

3/15/01-Last Saturday Pure Crimson rushed madly around the city of Reno, snapping beautiful pictures of the band (and probably giving people yet another reason to belive that we are insane!) Check back soon....we have have the pictures up on the site as soon as we can!

3/9/01- I updated the website, so now we have a news page! Check back often for all the juicy details on Pure Crimson!
